Jordy Weaver FNP-C
Jordy Weaver is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center, and licensed in the state of Arizona to provide family medical care.
She started her career as a nurse working home health care managing acute and chronic diseases in the home. She continued her career in home health working as a branch manager and then Director of Nursing. This experience gives her a strong insight into the challenge’s patients face at home and a deeper insight into managing care for acute and chronically ill patients. She continued her education obtaining her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Arizona State University and her master’s degree from Chamberlain University.
Jordy enjoys hiking, fishing, team roping and anything outdoors.
Jordy’s mission statement is: “As a Family Nurse Practitioner, my mission is to ensure all my patients are treated like a partner in the management of their own health, to promote autonomy and healing of mind, body and spirit.”

Nancy Pierce FNP-C
Nancy Pierce is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center, and licensed in the state of Arizona to provide family medical care. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical disorders.
She began her career in health care as a Registered Nurse in 1986. Nancy worked in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab for many years ultimately becoming the Nursing Director. She continued her education at Florida Atlantic University focusing her studies on holistic medicine. In 2002, Verde Valley Medical Center recruited her to be the clinical coordinator for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. After relocating, she completed her studies in family medicine at Northern Arizona University graduating with a Masters of Science in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude honors in 2005.
Nancy enjoys rock hounding, photography, hiking and spending time with her family.
